Natural hair colour?

I have blue/grey eyes and i can't seem to get back to my natural hair colour. I used to be blonde when i was a child up until i was about 14 then it started to go a medium/dark ash blonde colour. My step sister took me to a salon and had highlights done, blonde ones which looked great at the time but since having that done i have been all different colours without succeeding to get back to my natural colour, everytime i put a dye on i think that it will match my natural colour but then my roots start to grow and its nowhere near. I desperately want to look natural again but don't want to look two-tone with the blonde i have on now while growing it out.

any suggestions?

Natural hair colour?

I have the same problem. Yep Two tone hair is in now... lol

I am growing my hair out. No more coloring. My stylest went out of business. She is working 50 miles away and I dont drive. So I have two tone hair for awhile... I decided to grow it out...

funny, I use to be blonde, now also a medium brown.. or ash blonde.

Grow it out... have it cut short, then once it is all one color grow it all the way out. Mine right now is shoulder length, with the two tone, about half way gone.. has taken awhile but it is worth it. Eat lots of jello, and protein... it will help your hair grow.

(oh I am also growing out a perm... yep realy screwed here... lots of ponytails and I am glad they are back in... lol)

good luck..

Natural hair colour?

Do a light brown, and if your roots start growing back, give it a while. Usually the dye will lighten or the roots will darken after a while.

Natural hair colour?

Go to a professional and get them to color it as close to natural as possible. I had to do this and 4 years later I have not died my hair since.

Natural hair colour?

1. go to a professional salon. they have a huge book of colors to choose from and one of them is bound to match your natural color

2. just let your hair grow out completely
