In one part this old ladie she had grey hair and she was kinda chubby but anyways in this one part she turned to ashes and then these people were talking about something either going somewhere or sumthing but at that part the ladies eyes popped out of the ashes and told the people something.......thats all i remember......it was a like 3 years ago when i seen this show and it was on cartoon network at about 8 or 9 pm....but thats all i remeber

The only thing that comes to mind is Howl's Moving Castle. I don't know if that was ever shown on cartoon network though. I do know that they have played Spirited Away several times but I'm pretty sure that isn't the one.
