my eyes are a dark grey %26amp; blue mix. how can i really make them pop?:]

and my natural hair color it blonde, but has really dark roots without even coloring it. some people say it looks colored or dyed, and i hate it cuz i dont! but on the other hand, some people say it looks natural and really pretty and that i'm lucky to have natural highlights.

last, what type of colors to wear as outfits that would look good on me.

well u look reely cute like a doll, i think u must cut fringes on front and den you must curl your hair, put a v.light make-up ( lip gloss, and eye liner) if ur wearing a blue dress den giv a light whitish-blue eye shadow.
