My hair is a medium-light brown right now. I've dyed it loads, but I use the best products for deep conditioning, etc. So it's in fairly okay condition right now.

I can't afford a professional..so I guess I will bleach mine now.

I just need help matching it up to a hair color from Sally's as I won't use metallic box dye..

Sorry, but it is going to take a professional stylist, and a very, very good one to be able to give you anything close to the photo color. First, it isn't a solid color, those are very artfully places highlights and low lights in probably 3-6 shades total. It is definitely not the result of just bleaching her hair. I've had it done at an Aveda Salon. I seriously wouldn't try and do it yourself. It is really pretty, but it took HOURS for my Aveda stylist to get that look on me.

It looks like a dark golden blonde. You may be able to get that without bleach. Try Wella Color Charm at Sallys, with a 30 dev. It would look cute on you, from what you describe. The chicks at Sallys can explain how to use the color and developer. Good luck !
