a 13 year old girl and im going to dye my hair a crazy color

i have pale grey/ blue eyes and very light skin

Purple. If your hair is dark, you're going to need to bleach it first or the color won't show up or stay in. Depending on how competent you are with things like that -only you know that - you can do it yourself or have it done professionally. I always liked doing it myself. Then just apply the dye as the package says. I always found the brand 'punky color' worked best.

Keep in mind though, that doing it this way will make it permanent so if you're just testing this look out - get a temporary dye that will wash out in a few days and forget about the bleaching.

13 is kinda young for dying your hair so you should definitely keep it in the brown family with maybe golden highlights.
